  • Decisions & Schedule

    The Tribunal will consider the case and write their decision. The decision will be sent to the parties and their representatives, the teacher’s current employer and the initiator of the complaint or mandatory report.

  • Conduct Concerns

    The Teaching Council are committed to ensuring teachers meet the highest standard of professionalism for the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

  • Professional Practice

    Teachers have a professional obligation to develop professional relationships with a diverse range of learners and whānau and maintain and raise professional standards.
